RecommendedPretty decent. I have the $10/month unlimited wash. Worth every penny as I can take my car as many times as I want. Associates are customer service oriented. Definitely recommend.
Since the change of management it’s even a speedier process than It was before plus there’s a light show when you first go in. � The vacuum cleaners get quite a workout but usually if you’re willing to move at least once you can find one that sucks just right.
3rd time I have gone car wash is fine....the vacuums have no suction, had to move car 3x time today to find one that we could pick up even a cheerio. Talked to a person that worked there, did not do anything to resolve problem. Last time here�
I have the monthly pass. After about 6 weeks, water began coming into my car. I alerted Rio immediately. Even though it was not Rio's fault (one of my moon roofs drainage plugs was clogged), Rio is giving me one month of car washes free, Thank you Rio!
I have been using Rio for several years. I joined the the wash club and now I can get my car washed as often as I want ! I just enrolled my wife and would like to give kudos to Ricky. He was very polite and explained all details of all plans. Great Job Ricky. I will continue to refer friends.
Please take a moment to read this....... I've been using this service since April of last year, first in Fredericksburg, VA and then in Richmond, VA when they provided the service. I currently have three cars on there 9.00 monthly plan. Two weeks ago after washing my car 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK 250 there I notice a 10 inch scratch above my passenger door. I immediately bought this to there attention and filed a claim. Few days later I received an email denying my claim stating the cloths they use could NEVER scratch a vehicle... read more
Very bad. Leaves soap residue, sometimes don't do undercarriage wash, etc. Went to clean car on Monday - no problem except soap residue. Then 2 days later I went and they broke part of luggage rack off - denied claim saying it must have been loose already. Well, it wasn't loose 2 days earlier. The manager offered lots of free car washes - what am I supposed to do go and let them break more parts off my car?
