I had a recent issue I encountered at your facility in Brockport on May 21, 2025, during my routine car wash visit. Upon exiting the wash, I heard a loud crunching noise and immediately exited my vehicle to investigate. To my dismay, I found that the entire strip light at the top of my trunk had been ripped off. The general manager is sexist, more than likely racist(she made comments that the Palestinian protesters here need to “go back to their own country, no one cares here”)! They have an employee that takes photos of customers license plates and sends them to her cop in-law, if she suspects they’re users of cannabis. The GM Amber also talks about her sexual escapades with her husband, super inappropriate behavior; she’s unkind to customers (several complaints on fb and some on google)! Horrible service. Paid on-line and location told me I would need to wait a day or two before their corporate computer synchronized. Nonetheless, I was paying for no service. Customer Care does not answer their phone

MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED IN THE 7300 HULL ST., RICHMOND VA LOCATION (THEY HAD TO GET THE PIECE TO MY VEHICLE OUT OF THE WAS), AND THE GM, MICHAEL RAMSEY REFUSES TO FIX IT. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL TRUCK THAT HAD NO DAMAGE, UNTIL I USED THIS CAR WASH. I HAVE RECORDED VIDEO OF THE WHOLE INCIDENT. I WILL PURSUE FURTHER ACTION AND THEIR COMMITMENT STATEMENT IS BS....

The drivers side mirror was damage on 10/16/23 at the Go Car Wash on Hull Street in Midlothian, VA and an incident report was created, and I was informed someone would be calling me within three days. Nobody called, and I sent several follow-up emails. I called today and was informed because my car was over 8 years old, they will not cover the damage. Nothing was wrong with the mirror! Car was damaged inside the tunnel. It was hit on the side from a roller pushing it up over the floor roller causing the car behind to hit me as well. They have no safety stops nor sensors to keep vehicles from hitting eachother if.an issue occurs. Manager says its my fault and i hit the brakes.. I have the same side damage as another user on here on my rear quarter...the same damage that the manager claims couldnt have happened there...

I took my car through GO Car Wash. After running my car through the wash I noticed that I had paint taken off on BOTH sides of my rear panels. I immediately reported it. GO did take an incident report and told me that someone would contact me soon. 5 phone calls, 2 trips to the actual location and 1 email to corporate, never a call back or response.
