MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED IN THE 7300 HULL ST., RICHMOND VA LOCATION (THEY HAD TO GET THE PIECE TO MY VEHICLE OUT OF THE WAS), AND THE GM, MICHAEL RAMSEY REFUSES TO FIX IT.
