MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED IN THE 7300 HULL ST., RICHMOND VA LOCATION (THEY HAD TO GET THE PIECE TO MY VEHICLE OUT OF THE WAS), AND THE GM, MICHAEL RAMSEY REFUSES TO FIX IT. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL TRUCK THAT HAD NO DAMAGE, UNTIL I USED THIS CAR WASH. I HAVE RECORDED VIDEO OF THE WHOLE INCIDENT. I WILL PURSUE FURTHER ACTION AND THEIR COMMITMENT STATEMENT IS BS....

I’m giving Rio Carwash Midlothian 0 Zero for making multiple scratches on my car. Richard the Operations Manager totally disagreed any of scratches were caused by their machinery, after I consulted with a car detail specialist who said they were. If you don’t want multiple scratches on your car do not go to Rio Carwash
