The drivers side mirror was damage on 10/16/23 at the Go Car Wash on Hull Street in Midlothian, VA and an incident report was created, and I was informed someone would be calling me within three days. Nobody called, and I sent several follow-up emails. I called today and was informed because my car was over 8 years old, they will not cover the damage. Nothing was wrong with the mirror!
