Terrible customer service - slow and patronizing. Their account management for your vehicles is non-existent. Canceling your subscription is painful. I had four vehicles subscribed to their service, sold a car, and tried to cancel one membership - but couldn't. Then after dealing with GCW for about a month to cancel one, I decided to cancel all 4. Good riddance!
