While at GO car wash, brockport NY, the spinning roller malfunctioned. The roller would not raise and the vehicle was being pushed into the roller, and bouncing back. The tire was hopping over the push device on the track. I sounded my horn and the carwash was stopped. The attendant told the manager. The manager, a young kid (I'm a senior citizen) with an attitude came from the office, directly to my window and said that my truck is too tall. Totaly false! I have had issues with this car wash, and I had the monthly subscription for a while now. 3 weeks after I got my new car, I got stuck in the car wash and the car behind me pushed me out because the wheel underneath me slipped, the manager was really nice and saw the damaged that was on my new car, he said he would get the district manager to contact me. Was a fan. But after dealing with your customer service after canceling my service due to moving over an hour away. You tell me because we can’t recall a name from over two months ago but you can look in you system and say I can see you haven’t used the service. We called to talk to some one but after over a week no return call we drive an hour to handle and the response is call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Well I have to say you all suck
The Route3 car wash mechanism ripped my rear wiper arm completely off the window. The manager, Ryan, told me they will not pay for the damage their equipment caused. He had the audacity to tell me "your car was not made to go through a car wash." I own a Buick Enclave. This business did not respond to the BBB.
Spent $15 for my SUV to still be filthy. Poor advertising with poor results.

Courtney thank you for the pictures! Please keep in mind this is an automatic car wash that is tasked with washing every make and model of car. There isn't an automatic wash that exists that can get every crevice and angle of a vehicle. We do sell microfiber towels for $1 to allow customers to poke into hard to reach areas. We do however have the industry's best piece of equipment to clean the rear of cars. I wish you guys stayed open later in the evening, at least during the summer. Great staff and cool "lava wash"! I like how my tires are shined after coming through the car wash and that the vacuums are included and don't require a token. Rock on!
