GoBox continued to charge my credit card for dumpster rental after they sold that part of their business to WastePro. I attempted to talk to Pam on the phone about my situation but she repeatedly interrupted me and told me I was wrong before she hung up on me. I was able to get a couple email replies from them over the next few weeks but nobody would ever admit fault or refund my money. Go box is the worst place you can ever work at they starting class a cdl truck drivers at $15 a hour and the owner wouldn’t give nobody a raise just because he don’t won’t too .

Pam is the nicest person in the world. I've done business with GoBox for years and they have always been very helpful. From waste removal to storage containers they have helped my business run smoothly.

Go Box truck debris did $1500 worth of damage to my vehicle on hwy 82. Despite being as polite and professional as possible in asking GoBox to repair the damage, their insurance company denied the claim and questioned if I was even telling the truth. I regret I did not pull over and call the highway patrol when the incident occurred. I made the mistake of thinking this local company would take responsibility for the damages caused by debris flying from their dumpsters on our highways.
