Do not recommend! They are not interested in being forthcoming with information. Only looking to close deals. Very poor transparency by salesman and even worse resolution by management.
I purchased a 2024 Ram 5500 cab and chassis from this dealership in November. From the start they were extremely pushy and rushy sending emails about how other ppl are interested in the cab and chassis and they want to close this deal fast. They failed to disclose to me that the PTO(power take off) prep was on the driver’s side rather than the passenger side like 99% of them produced. Great guys! Three days ago I wasn't completely sure if I wanted to buy a new (to me) car. I was able to test drive a freshly traded in SUV , and within 2 days make a deal on it. Salesmen Nick Tinney and his manager Graham helped me through the whole process. I have to admit that I get my back up when dealing with dealerships, and I did visit a few others in Red Deer and they were either too pushy, unknowledgeable, or just down right shady.
