Bought a Ford Escape from here. Less than 2 months after purchase the engine light came on, took it into Ford and was the emission control sensor. Also brakes would vibrate when applied. Ford inspection showed worn out rotors, brand new brakes pads had to be reservist. Who puts new brake pads on when the rotors are worn out. After we were told the vehicle was in good working order. This is sub-standard service and dangerous on mountain roads for an elderly person. BEWARE OF THE SWINDLE
Honestly i am surprised that they have over a four star rating! i had an appointment to test drive a truck and take a look at it, the salesmen had claimed over 10k of work was put into the truck by their shop, including a new transmission. after looking under the truck it was clear to see that there was no new transmission and the salesmen was lying. they could not provide any proof of the so called 10k of work.. not even the general manger could explain it. they claimed that because all their shop guys were gone for the day... read more
