The girl I spoke to was informative, supportive, outgoing.
They do not answer the phone. Been waiting to talk to a representative for over an hour and a half. This is a local office and I can't get through. Horrible phone customer service. Now I have to leave tge house after working an 11 hour graveyard shift to go into tge office personally. Don't make no sense to have a phone service, when it says "Contact Us" and then on hold for all this time. When you mean contact us, do you mean come into our office? Then just say that.
Very difficult to get someone to answer the phone at this location. I call multiple times and no one answers the phone to answer my questions.
