I recommend Go Auto without qualification. Jeremy has performed most of my vehicle work for the past 15-plus years and I’ve had no complaints. He and Jon are trustworthy men who know cars.
John (the man at the front) is super nice and friendly. He'll listen to you carefully with your vehicles concerns, talk to you in the easiest way possible on how the problem can be fixed and find quality/fair priced part while giving you a clear estimate of you bill with no crazy up charge fees. Been here twice now on two separate occasions/issues. Both successful repairs! These guys are great! They are honest and don’t try to upsell you on any other “recommendations” or “repairs” like some other shops. This is now my go to place.
A couple weeks ago, our car was making a horrendous noise, and we needed an emergency appointment to get our brakes fixed. My partner and I both work full-time, were in the middle of moving, and share a vehicle. We stopped in here, and they were busy. But we couldn’t make an appointment to come back at a different date, and really needed our car serviced. Highly recommend! I’ve taken my Hyundai Elantra a hand full of times. They are very professional and HONEST. They explain what is needed for the repair (even though I’m just a girl and do not understand car- I still appreciate that!) AND do not try to upsell. My repairs were very efficient, and only took a few hours! I cannot say all of the same things about 5 other repair shops that I've been to in Holland prior to GoAuto. Thank you!
