Our AC conked out during one of the many heat waves we've had in Toronto this year. We called many HVAC companies - some got back to us and others didn't even call us back! Thru a friend's referral, we were connected to Steve - from phone call to quote to installation was literally 3 days!!!! A big relief given the house was 30 degrees! Of course our AC broke down during the 35+ C bout we had. One of my first calls was to Steve as he was close but I am glad that I did. He provided above and beyond service and during the repair, he explained everything to me with suggestions to prolong the life of our AC unit. He also answered all my questions thoroughly!
