Poor business professional - beware One star is a stretch for Neil and his staff. My father and I went on a trip to Namibia and on to Kruger Park in South Africa in the spring of 2012. Our trip was wrought with problems from the time we set foot in the Johannesburg airport and Neil's business associate whom we stayed with in Namibia (5 stars there, tho!) had to help us navigate the remainder of our trip due to the negligence of Neil's staff.
