Was extremely prompt with returning communication to learn details, then called first thing in the AM to set an appointment, texted when 10 minutes out. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Plumbing repairs done properly is never cheap, but the money spent was well worth it (especially when redoing poor modifications that caused issues). Never DYI plumbing! Hire professionals to have it done right the first time.
