I shouldn’t have to wait in your store for 15 minutes and be ignored. I left because no one had the decency to even say hello or acknowledge my presence. I was very disappointed considering past experiences had been good but today was lousy. Poor customer service Jo. I recognize your staff was busy with other customers but it would have only taken a few seconds to recognize that I was waiting for service.
