Bought complete set. A steak knife broke and was charged 30 to return it. 60 days later nothing. Emailed and phoned (they are pretty much set up not to get a live person). Finally after sending tracking no they said they couldn’t find the package. Resend information. Now, 45 days later and several emails, they have just ghosted me.
