I had been using HLMS for years for my CGM and Tandem supplies and they were excellent. Then SOLARA/AdaptHealth bought them out, and they delivered the WORST service you could possibly imagine. I pleaded with my insurance company to give me an alternative, and they sent me information about GNS Medical. And just like that, getting my supplies has become simple, easy, and FAST! They are the best to work with, caring and compassionate and willing to help! I cant recommend them enough! I didn't ask for type 1 diabetes but they have made a painful process with other suppliers so easy and I dont dread contacting them or dealing with them as they really do go above and beyond
