Didn't finish job. Didn't have parts on truck to do the job. Had to wait for parts at my expense. Good company but very unprofessional in my opinion
I just want to give a big shout-out to office staff for scheduling me in their tight schedule during their busy season I am so impressed with a technician by the name of Jerry this guy went beyond his Call of Duty my AC unit has been leaking water for about a week and half landlord called plumber and first and he said it was my AC pump that wasn't working so she called GNS and had another young man come in and put in the new pump we were assuming that would fix the problem but nope! A great place . They have wonderful staff . The little grouchy looking girl in the back is great, she gets thing done Now! Hank is a Great Tech. Jolina is very pleasant. Justin and Guy run a great shop! It's not only a business it's a group of great people that treat you well !
