We’ve had several custom built items for our home and offices. Not to mention the multiple TV’s that have been installed by this company. Great customer service is a dying breed as well as people working with their hands and GNS comes up with these incredible ideas for the home and office. Do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with one of the staff members, and you too will have them in your home doing something amazing. Great Company!!!!
I recently contracted GNS to mount 2 TVs in my home, one of which is a frame tv. The installers Tremaine and his colleague did an amazing job. They were on time, efficient and respectful of my space by wearing booties and cleaning up behind themselves. I asked a few questions along the way and they didn't hesitate in providing answers to my questions. No wires & no headaches. A1 service, will definitely source them for future needs. Thank you GNS!
The worst customer service experience! Went through the worst time of my life lost both of my parents and Was unable to pay my invoice on time, but I got it paid within two months. For GNS builders to not respond to my many messages to schedule my install. I was fully at my wits end, I asked for a refund. that’s when they replied quickly saying they had all the time to take because I paid my invoice late. it doesn’t matter when you pay invoice it matters that you took my money and then literally lost Communication for weeks.... read more

Everything you look for in a company that provides a service: quality, precision timeliness … they installed my Frame tv, hid the wires cleaned up and were as neat and courteous as ever! Want to buy another tv just to have them come back. Companies like this are hard to come by 5+++. Thank you.
