Fix AC same day I called. Great customer service!
As a LONG time customer, and now as well a current flood causality, I got told the heat pump wasn't the problem, it was the water heater. $1000 later, it was indeed NOT the case. I was also told the heat pump would 'clear itself up in 1-2 days', that as well not the case. Three weeks later, and lack of sleep due to puddles of water in furnace room, the day I was told they'd be here is an hour away and a confirmed no that they aren't coming. Shop local??? I TRY!! Worthless We have been in our home for 5 years and have had no issues except for plumbing. I've had numerous leaks over the last 5 years fixed by other plumbing companies that just laugh at how clueless these errors are. 1st off, they didn't even set the toilets straight during the building process. Easy fix but seriously? 2nd, we had furnace failures due to water leaking INTO the furnace.
