I could not possibly recommend them more. They do right by their customers, are honest and transparent, and look out for their customers in every way possible. Not to mention their employee of the month, Hank The Tank, who gives customers a true, proper greeting (he's a blue coated pitbull). I don't even know what to write. Just come here. Plain and simple, they'll take care of you. It almost makes me angry that I can't give them more then 5 stars. Come here. Plain and simple.
I reached out to GNR Automotive for help removing a single stuck bolt from my exhaust manifold. I explained clearly to George over the phone that I had already removed the manifold myself — all I needed was help getting one bolt out of the manifold, not a full replacement or teardown. To my surprise, George quoted me $750 for this. That price is absolutely outrageous for a job that involves no diagnosis, no part replacement, and barely any labor.
