My insurance got billed for my son and me for service that we didn’t receive. We are over hundred miles away from the lab, no way we would go there.
Horrible service. They refuse to provide evidence of authorization for services they are trying to bill. I paid the full amount due upfront, and then 1.5 yrs later they tried to collect more for services not authorized. Evelyn R in particular provide indifferent, uncaring phone service over several phone calls. It's clear all she cares about is getting off work as soon as possible. Any company that employs her is not a good company
