I experienced no noticeable improvement from the balloon sinoplasty that was supposed to alleviate congestion, allow me to breath better through my nose and stop me from snoring. For me, it was a waste of time and money. The fact that the doctor and staff were knowledgeable and friendly does not warrant a good review. Customers should expect a competent and courteous staff.
