Honest repair work, reasonable prices, friendly staff. This is a go to bike shop, they can fix old and new bikes. Great selection of new bike as well. I went in with my old bike and was welcomed and felt good about my whole experience there. If you need anything to do with cycling this is my recommendation.

GNO Cyclery and Billy were great. I dropped my bike off on Tuesday night and it turned I needed a Shimano shifter replaced in time for me to race on Saturday. Billy contacted Shimano and followed up when he checked back and found that the new part didn’t ship in time. He got them to overnight a replacement so I was ready to go in time for the race. Great, friendly customer service. Successful weekend racing.
