I want to share my experience from an MRI I had today at GNMI Mississauga. The clinic was clean and generally well-run, and most of the staff seemed professional. However, what happened during my visit raised serious concerns about patient safety and supervision. I have an extensive healthcare background, so I was alarmed to see a trainee being allowed to work independently. Had an MRI done at this clinic. The reception team was very polite. Wait time was short, they took me in at my appointment time. The MRI tech and team were very patient, helpful and calm. Whole process was very simple, and stress free.
Way better than a hospital. Clean, kind, professional, I was in and out in 30mins. Mind you this was at 4:30am on a weekday.
great people . I'm severely claustrophobic and anxiety. they make sure I was safe and ok
The staff was very friendly and was very caring.
