I recently got an x ray done here. The receptionist wear a hijab told me that it will take additional 1 week to get the results back while the x ray tech told me that it will take 3 days. Had a terrible experience here. Results take weeks and there is no structure. They didn't even communicate things properly.
I had an anatomy UC here yesterday and I met one fine technician. By fine I mean she was so human! She did tell me her name but I don’t want to misspell it. I should have asked for the spelling but that would have made her know I will leave this message…water to make it special in celebrating what a wonderful human being she was. Thank you for making the process so wonderful.
I arrived and gave my requisition for an x-ray They asked me to have a seat and I waited one hour only to be told by the x-ray technician that they don’t do that kind of x-ray there I found this business very unprofessional Nobody knows what they’re doing, and they are not friendly They didn’t even apologize for wasting my time I will tell everyone I know not to go there. !!!!
Ruchi is such an amazing ultrasound technician. This is the first time I have had her going to this gnmi and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I usually see Arpit, as l only trusted him with my ultrasounds, but she took her time and made me feel comfortable. She did not hide anything. Showed me everything about the baby and discussed the development so I did not stress or worry too much, as doctors and other technicians have worried me throughout this whole pregnancy. I had my first ultrasound with Ruchi and my second one and I can’t say enough good things about her. She squeezed me earlier during her lunch time just so I wouldn’t have to wait longer. She took her time and didint rush at all. She was so nice and easy to talk too. I would go to another ultrasound location before but after discovering this location, I’ll only be coming back to ruchi.
