The lady doing my ultrasound was very friendly, although since it was my first ultrasound I did not know the protocol until afterwards. My husband was upset that by the time he was let into the room, I was already shown the ultrasound image and the heartbeat and everything, so we did not get to experience it together. I found out afterwards that they are not supposed to show you the screen at all until both of you are in the room. I am disabled. Person did not help at all with my walker or me not being able to lower my head. Thank god it did not take too long. Very cold envirinment
