everything about this place is fabulous. I would give it five stars, but : The facility is gorgeous. The procedure staff are very friendly. However, today, one receptionist cost me a few hours of my time, wasted because she did not know a simple fact that requisitions can be sent in paperless which means not faxed. Nice facility. Clean all around. Parking can be low. People are always coming and going. Staff are friendly and check you in quickly. There can be a long wait for X-rays which are by walk-in only. Those with appointments do get service on time. The hallway leading to the imaging center can be hot. The waiting room of the imaging center is cool and has water. Some TVs to keep you entertained too.

I had an appointment on July 25th and they sent me a message to confirm the appointment or cancel it or reschedule it at a later time. I cancelled it and asked to reschedule it by message as they requested, but they refused and said that I must contact the center. This cannot be done via messages. Been told that ultrasound need to wait at least 5-6 month, the old guy inside is very rude and commanding. What an unacceptable and uncomfortable place. They are the only one can do ultrasound test in St. Catharines, what’s wrong with this city.
