The technician was judgmental and rude.
I can’t believe how incredibly rude the receptionists were when I brought my 82 mother in for an x-ray. Will never use this location again!
HORRIBLE. I was greeted by a female receptionist with short red hair that left me feeling dismissed, disrespected, and shocked by the lack of professionalism. Patients visiting are obviously in need of healthcare and unwell, they don't need to be faced with a rude, heartless angry person. I had simply asked what the approximate wait time was for an X-ray, as I had approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before needing to be home for my children. Very rude receptionist. Screamed at me when trying to ask a question simply where hand sanitizer was. And this isn’t the first time they have received people with such a snotty attitude. Very terrible please fix this!!!!
