We were the only people in line when we arrived on time for our appointment. They took few minutes before anyone addressed us in the wait area, then proceeded to explain how we were late and need to come early. There were no other people in the waiting area, also our previous appointment took 20-25 minutes before we were taken in. If we were late, what they were saying is understandable. I've been going to this location throughout my pregnancy and have had repeated issues. Enough is enough. Going to the St Catharines locations from here on out. The first issue was they didn't push my results to Pocket Health. I spoke to them, got it sorted out. Not a huge deal, I moved on. The second issue was the technician who did my anatomy scan said the baby had some brain issues. Recommended another scan. Respectfully will never go here ever again. Went in for an ultrasound for my ovarian cysts, my technician was very helpful and kind, however, when I received my results, it caused me massive anxiety. The person who interpreted my results put someone else's results on mine!!!! They said I was pregnant!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable...had to get tests done to confirm I wasn't. Results you give out to your patients significantly affect them, and there should be better protocol to ensure results are correct and for that particular... read more
