Had an xray of thorasic spine done. Upon review of xray and report the dr who reviewed it stated nothing abnormal was found . But in 2022 when i had xray of thorasic spine it stated i had DDD 1 3rd down and mild scoliosis ..that condition doesnt go away so how can 3 yrs later everything be normal? My xrays even werent same upon reviewing them so either xray was performed wrong or dr read wrong
They called me on Friday at 10 to 5 to tell me they couldn’t find my requisition. It was already too late for me to call my doctor so I asked if my appointment was going to be canceled. The woman on the phone assured me no it was still booked. Come Monday morning. I wake up early do my prep and start to drive to my appointment. I am five minutes away from the building and I get a call to say my appointment has been cancelled because the tech didn’t show up. The staff was very professional and pleasant and my appointment occurred on time.
Great service from the front line staff and the ultrasound technician. Everyone was very friendly and kind.
