This must be the worst experience I went through with an imaging clinic ever. Receptionist, I repeat, a receptionist telling me word by word that "it doesn't matter what my doctor requested" as far as an ultrasound is concerned. She simply refused to book me in, constantly challenging every word I was trying to get in, speaking continously with a rude tone, disregarding everything I was trying to explain. The receptionist today Dorian was BEYOND awesome - so were the two Xray techs! They had major challenges going on and everyone was lovely and helpful and efficient! Treat them with kindness and respect - they are there to help you and I appreciated them greatly! Thanks Again!
Came to GNMI for foot x-ray, desk staff fast and polite, x-ray tech polite and fast. Had me in and out quick, will come here again if I need x rays.
The women on the phone was rude and weird, kept repeating “well it’s a routine scan” okay cool third time mom here have never had it before. Not worth you arguing with a stranger over. Also maybe check your computer before saying you don’t have past scans🤷♀️
