I used to live in lot 22 until a tree fell on it and they expected me to live in it with a bent beam and u can see that there is a nice hole down the middle of the trailer were they out the two trailers together and then they wanted me to pay the same amount to live in a smaller more cramped trailer the inside of the walls are moldy and the landlord said the tree falling on the trailer was a act of god a act of god is that it did not land on both of the double wide trailers and hurt at lest 5 people this place is not livable... read more
This place is broken down, dirty and unhealthy. Just pass this one up.
Management says no one can visit..will not do lawn care on a regular schedule..trailers should be condemned..owner is loosing him mind
Don't live here. Move out ASAP! You want roommates, lazy management. Lived in a trailer with a leaking refrigerator and they claimed we was messing with the buttons. When it's simply there old fridge. You will regret it bc no heat. And tons of cats with diseases. Wouldn't reccomd this shack trailer park. If you ever seen a crushed can and stretched back out these trailers. And hoards live here. Trees fall on trailers. And a crazy lady lives with raccoons
