Both Di (receptionist) and Dr Mike were very professional and friendly. Dr Mike was very honest and upfront and explained the procedures well and easy to understand. I mole removal with RFA and it was painless. The only slight pain was the anaesthetic needle. I have a follow up in a month but excellent experience so far.
