Not only did the company show up for my appointment, they didn’t even call me back after I called in to see what occurred. Not even a courtesy call they were late or anything. I call back; sorry tech was stuck at his 10-2 appt… my appointment was from 5-8pm… comical. Use someone else. Pretty awful
I made an appointment several weeks ago, and on the morning of my appointment they call and say they over booked and don’t have anything available until the 25th-3 weeks out. This is so unprofessional and the woman had zero remorse for this issue.
I have used these guys commercially for a couple jobs now. They are always nice, helpful, professional, and efficient. Would recommend them every time.

I called GNH to swap out an old ceiling fan with a new one. All the wiring was in place. I asked for a quote over the phone and they said for some reason they couldn't give me one. My usual electrician was booked up for a few weeks and GNH was available the next day. They said it was a $50 service fee to come check it out which would be applied to any work done.
