Horrible experience. Do not use. We used their caregiver service for 4 years. We ultimately found out that the caregiver was stealing money (thousands of dollars over time) and was abusive to the client when left alone with her. Abusive to a woman severely disabled with MS and diabetes. The company advertises that they are bonded but when we caught the caregiver stealing on video and discovered the abuse, the company refused to file a claim with the supposed bonding insurance company or to take responsibility in any way.
