Horrible customer service, gave me the run around for days then no response until I reached out, I even offered to drop off what I needed cleaned & they still made an excuse not do it.
GNG did an exceptional job on my carpet. I couldnt have picked a better company. I got an appointment really quick, they arrived in time , the technician was very professional, helpful. Im very happy with the result.
