Great customer service and outstanding service. They went over the top and exceeded my expectations
They are very transparent, 100% all of the way. I had them install a headunit in my 2014 jeep compass, they diagnosed that my harness and headunit bought from Walmart were garbage and had everything on hand to make it right. Josh made sure to keep me updated on everything that was going on. For any and all of your audio needs I would recommend GNC all of the way! Took our pontoon to Josh and his team with issues with the sound system. He gave an expectation of a timeframe initially and they were able to diagnose and fix it (and improve it) in less time than expected for a reasonable price. You don't see service this great at many places these days. It is refreshing.
