The store was closed past its official hours. I waited for at least 30 minutes. I gave up and left. Thanks for wasting my time. Just a reminder — not everyone has as much of it as you apparently do

It’s was a blonde young lady that helped me today. She’s the best employee honestly.
I went to the Boca Mall GNC store hoping it would be better than the one in Delray Beach, but I was wrong. My questions were met by a person who couldn't communicate clearly. They handed me a GNC brand and I asked if the product was caffeine free. They said I don't think this one has caffeine in it and then said if you buy this one you can get half off on the second one. This was a wasted trip to GNC in the Boca Mall and I was totally disappointed by the GNC staff's lack of knowledge and service.
I had an amazing experience with Alexis at GNC Boca Raton-Town Center Mall. The minute I entered the store there was a warm welcome. She is an extremely pleasant and helpful individual that answered all my questions and finding what I needed. Due to the weight of my purchase, Alexis suggested that I park close to the store and she will bring the bags out.Wow, thats what you call top notch customer service.I was truly impressed by her commitment to going the extra mile.
