I had an incredible experience at GNC thanks to Kirk. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. As someone who trains for Ironman races and lifts regularly, I really appreciated how informative he was about different supplements and recovery products. His recommendations were thoughtful and met my goals rather than just trying to make a sale. Great customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back
This is almost a 5 star and almost entirely due to the employee on staff Friday.It has in the past been more of a 1 star.I first went to this location when the private owner first started out ,and before he expanded. Customer service got worse, the owner failed as well.Circumstances led me back to this store after placing a call. "Heath" was an outstanding staff member and i appreciated his assistance.Additionally the owner has at times carried products you often do not find at corporate locations which can be an asset .
Today was my first time at this GNC. Heath was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to other stores where the sales clerk had virtually no knowledge of supplements for women. Heath was so incredibly helpful finding and making supplement recommendations!
Great store, very knowledgeable staff. Great products and felt welcome!
