The lady working 1.24.24 at 1pm. Is horrible. She was on her cell the entire time, was bothered when I asked her a question. She cut me off and said, "no" abruptly. She was so rude that I told her nevermind I didn't need it, she responded with a smart condescending attitude. I never received service like that ever from a GNC. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism. She obviously doesn't want to work or do anything except be on her phone. I tried to buy Ghost protein it was $45 all I had was $100 bills I was told they can't accept $50 or $100 and I was SOL I called corporate they said no this is not correct that they should accept all bills the guy from corporate argued with the lady from the store and she said they are a franchise the franchise owner is unavailable because it's the weekend!! I often make a weekly trip to my local GNC during my lunch breaks and I’ve frequently been assisted by Sabrina, who has shown such enthusiasm and passion for her product and has helped usher me into the healthier lifestyle of various protein powders and drink alternatives. I went to this store to exchange my pre workout flavor because it made me sick and I just did not like it. The man in the store told me I am not allowed to do this and then when I exchanged it he told me he would not give me my receipt because he says “I will continue to exchange my pre workout”, but no where does it say you are not allowed to exchange the items you buy. Tim was such a delight! He helped me with purchasing the products I needed. Also, suggested other options for me as well. Even went out of his way to see if they had a certain product in stock for me. Was extremely patient and kind. In today's world an employee like him should be valued a lot!
