Genuinely one of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. The tall skinny guy with curly brown hair wasn’t even in the store when I was there. Then walks in and says “oh you’re here again to tank my loyalty numbers” very sarcastically. I was confused and laughed. I said, “sorry, what does that mean?” And he said, “Everytime you’re here and you don’t have a membership then my numbers tank.” Whatever that means. This store use to be good. Now the employees are rude and can't tell you one thing about any of the products. One employee told me I'm too old to drink pre-works and that I was stupid for doing so. Another employee closes the store whenever he wants up to an hour early and then sits on the counter blasting his radio so if your going there make it early.
Service is good when they're there. Got there at 10:30 A.M. and they have a sign on the door saying, "will be back shortly." They open at 10, I can understand if it was 1130 or 1230 but right after yall open, seriously?!
