Great experience with friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Was an absolute pleasure to purchase supplements from this family owned and operated store. Definitely would recommend.
Young bloke working there was very helpful.
Nice to have a store where the staff know their products. I asked about a number of products and the young man named ethan, and employee there, had detailed knowledge of the ingredients and digestibility and usability of the various components of the products. It is so uncommon to find knowledgeable staff in any store these days. Plus the store was Immaculate and well-organized.
I could not be more pleased. Greeted while walking in nicely by an exployee and then explained my needs to Chris. He recommended exactly what was needed, and to better qualify his suggestions, he went online for me to be sure. But he didn't stop there. He printed out the information so I could take it home and study it further. This is what is known as over the top EXCELLENT customer service.
