I run a couple young racers in the island hairscramble series. Gnarly Parts has become over the last 3 years to be our absolute go to place for anything. I have called in a panic on a Wednesday desperate for parts for a race the following weekend and they have always come through and saved my ass. The staff on the phone is knowledgeable and passionate to get us what we need to keep our bikes going when chasing points for championships. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but offered to order it. Very friendly lady on the phone who answered on the first ring.
First and Last time I’ll ever be ordering from them emailed to see when my package is suppose to get here never replied wrote another still no reply and no plastics yet pretty disappointing for 230 dollar plastics. Update plastics came in and are all bent and tweaked don’t buy from these clowns if u don’t wanna waste money and get tweaked plastics
