Let me start by saying i have placed many orders here in the past and have had all positive experiences. Would have given them 5 stars up until now. 3 weeks ago i called and ordered a set of Tusk pannier racks for my 701 Enduro 2 weeks before i needed them for a multi day trip. They confirmed that they were in stock and would get them out for me that day. My credit card was charged so i assumed all was good. Was about to order Tusk D-Sport tires online (was cheapest seller I found anywhere) & noticed their inventory count wasn't listed on the site. I called the store to verify stock and to my surprise, somebody answered the phone .... and was very friendly! I hung up the phone satisfied, completed my online order... and voila! ....the tires arrived to my doorstep in Medicine Hat, via Loomis 1.5 weeks later. Couldn't be happier. Will shop there again. They always gonthe extra mile and have most things in stick to pick up same day. Knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. Oh and they are open Mondays!
