I love this amazing, private gym! I did 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer and it really helped me to get back into my fitness journey! The boot camps were also so fun and I left each session with a sense of self pride and accomplishment bc of what I was able to do that day. I love this gym! The atmosphere is great and the trainers are fantastic. This place is helping me become the best version of myself. Cannot put into words the positive difference it has made in my life. Highly highly recommend. Eliz is amazing and Chance is an incredible trainer! I’ve loved all the interactions I’ve had with the other trainers and clients as well.

Bad experience with the owner! She constantly didn’t answer texts and gave me a nutrition plan without any guidance on what was what - I came in saying I knew nothing of nutrition and wanted to learn. Now I’ve been charged for a Sunday meeting even tho I didn’t get this poor meal plan until late that Thursday night. She also encouraged me to buy a bunch of expensive supplements and offered to help show me how and when to take everything to optimize my performance on them, then came back from a short vacation that no one was ... read more
