I will start by saying Franny is an amazing trainer! I signed up for one on one personal training with her via the 6 week challenge and would recommend her as trainer. She lives and breaths fitness - which is what you want when trying to reach goals and live a healthy lifestyle. The reason for my low rating is related to the transformational challenge. I love this amazing, private gym! I did 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer and it really helped me to get back into my fitness journey! The boot camps were also so fun and I left each session with a sense of self pride and accomplishment bc of what I was able to do that day. I love this gym! The atmosphere is great and the trainers are fantastic. This place is helping me become the best version of myself. Cannot put into words the positive difference it has made in my life. Highly highly recommend. Eliz is amazing and Chance is an incredible trainer! I’ve loved all the interactions I’ve had with the other trainers and clients as well.
In my 10th month of training at Gnarly fit. Still loving the atmosphere and positivity of this gym. Coach Franny's training has taken my lifting to a new level! LOVE hitting those new PR's!
Gnarly has gotten me back to feeling more confident and strong. Franny is amazing! Very knowledgeable about lifting and nutrition also loves helping people feel their best.
