My son is 17 months old. At his 9 month check up his pediatrician noticed his left tonsil was enlarged and recommended we see an ENT. I took him to an ENT close to home who said because it wasn't infected and it wasn't impairing his eating it wasn't a concern but that they would order a sleep study to make sure it wasn't causing sleep apnea.
