GN was tasked by my roadside service provider to help me raise the legs on my RV. After 90 minutes of experimenting like he didn't know what he was doing, the "fix" was to jump my RV's battery while its hydraulic pump raised my legs. This jump was all of five minutes. What he charged for this service: $200 - Roadside service charge $300 - Minimum of 2 hours labor at $150/hr $150 - Charge for the 5-minute use of his jumper cables. ------- $650 TOTAL ... and outrageous amount! Ami was amazing,patient, couteous,caring, and reasonable. He kept at it until the issue with my RV was resolved to my satisfaction. He truly went out of his way to help me with my situation.
