Great mom and pop kind of septic company. Super reasonable prices vs the big guys like flowgawks or A advanced. Owner is great and even going out today to look at a septic system for me for free to give me a second opinion on a repair that was diagnosed during a time of sale inspection. The big guys that was used for the inspection showed up well after dark. Charged excessive rates for the inspection and then sent a $10k+ estimate for a pump repair with very little communication. These guys came out during the Christmas holidays when other septic companies are closed for the holidays. G&N came to our house within 2 hours from the first time I called them. They immediately found the problem and provided a great price for repair! Thank you, G&N!
Rotten, incompetent, buffoons . Don’t know how they stay in business.
Absolutely terrible company. Paid them in full for " the work" performed. In the end, they FAILED my entire septic system and reported it to the county. County came out today after 2 pumps were replaced. Dye test showed ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with the drain field. Yet G&N wanted $40,000. + to replace the entire system. BBB is my next stop for review.
