A complete re-roof by GN. This was a 2 story house requiring tile removal and complete facia board replacement with facia board painting and water damaged plywood replacement. Thus, the cost was higher than a normal roof replacement, but I was well aware of that up front. They have excellent work ethics, very hard workers, and do the job right the first time and kept me informed as to what was happening. Jose, his dad, and crew are very professional, their quote was good and they dont cut corners. Jose was very responsive every time we communicated, from quote to temporary waterproofing before a rain to job completion. Every time he replied quickly and did what he promised. Cant say that about many contractors! Our other contractors working inside our house warned us to better watch out for nails, nope, they picked up all nails after every work day, not ONE nail was to be found, no tires deflated, AMAZING.
