To whom it may concern, Amy was very helpful and is an asset to your company. She went above and beyond what I expected. I was very fortunate to have her help with my dilemma.
Got me out of a bind by finding and shipping a faucet I had been waiting on from Ferguson for 5+ months! Overnight shipping to Texas was great - arrived with no damage. Thanks y'all!!
Placed an order online that was followed by excellent professional, personalized customer service! Was given very helpful and timely responses to email queries, including quickly resolving a delivery issue with my order. Will use them again for future needs.
