Booked appointment a week ago and got a message on the day of appointment booked that they need to reschedule the appointment as the sonographer is sick. This was the second time they did it like that. Again booked the appointment and asked for a female sonographer which they said was not available in Werribee branch for the whole week and was available at Tarneit. Had 3d 4d scan with Gurmeet, loved the way she deals, so cooperative.
I seen Pankti for my 13th week reassurance pregnancy ultrasound. She had a lovely nature and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend seeing her. The wait time was less than 15 minutes and the service was great all round.
I had a great experience with Pankh, the sonographer. She was very professional, thorough, and made me feel at ease during the entire process. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, and she explained everything clearly. Highly recommend her services!
No respect for people’s time they send you a text advising that your appointment has been cancelled if you want contact them to make another one, even then they change your appointment for at least two more times
