I had an appointment booked at 1:30 pm , but ended up waiting more than 40 minutes. There was no proper update or apology from staff. This is very frustrating, especially when patients plan their day around appointments. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and time management are needed.
Worst experience ever, I got appointment after 26 days and just before appointment day they cancelled my appointment and said we cancelled your appointment due to shortage of staff. What you mean. I waited 26 days for that. You said cancelled. Did have any value of someone time??? Is this the way of service??

My appointment was cancelled just 2 hours before, and their customer service was terrible. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Would not recommend.
