Today was my 2nd time at the Munster office. I saw Alejandra. Now sure if she's a Dr or a Nurse Practitioner. Either way she is really GREAT. The 1 at I saw her I addressed my concerns to her. She had all kinds of Blood work done and due an ultra sound. When I went in today, party of our was as she suspected. I was HAPPY to finally have answers. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Waited over 72 minutes for my Appointment, finally had to leave as time was pushing 1.5 hours and still not seen by practitioner. Nurse was irritated and rude
I have been seeing Dr. Kassar for years. I even drive two hours to see him in his practice. He is so kind, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely cares about you. Even though I only see him twice a year, he still notices changes about me, whether I changed my hair color, or remembers without me telling him that I drive two hours to see him. He is like visiting an old friend!
Excellent staff and Dr. Kassar takes the time to listen when you have medical concerns.
