Waited over an hour to see Erendira in the Munster office because they were having an office breakfast buffet. Why schedule patients if you’re going to make them wait for you to have breakfast?
I was really liking this new place, until they DO NOT CARE about making people rush, not even looking into their conditions to see how important it is to be seen, they seem to only care about "treat them and street them!" I go for chemotherapy and I needed medicine from them TODAY and THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!
I see Ms. Jackie. She is phenomenal, she listens she addresses your problems and she starts getting things solved. When my other doctors wouldn't listen. And I kept saying my daily sugars were running high but my A1C kept coming back normal. She listened we took action and now I feel a lot better. I'm not dizzy I don't have these spurts of ups and downs because of sugars. Would recommend this office hands down without hesitation
All of the staff at GN Endocrinology are absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for almost 10 year and have always been welcomed with open arms and open hearts. They listen and talk to you. I highly recommend them!
