So I should had known better as the customer service and the communication was bad from the start however I decided to give them a shot and I booked 6 sessions for body sculpting. I was very clear to say I wanted to do 1 a week for 6 consecutive weeks.. they took my money gave me my 1st session and it was pretty much all down hill after that. Doctor Kassar best endocrinologist ever ....hands down.
Horrible customer service.. tried cancelling, changing or rescheduling my appointment 3 times . But not until I actually got to the office for a scheduled appointment for them to tell me sorry.. there is no one here to see you. OBSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!! WASTED MY TIME, MY GAS MY EFFORT AND THEIR OWN REPUTATION. I DO NOT recommend trying to go here for much of anything. They are lost and have no clue about scheduling or appointments.
