This is not for the endocrinology part, they are fantastic! This is about the body sculpting part. So badly managed. They tell you for best results you need to go once a week for several weeks and they cancel you appointment because the technician is unavailable that day. They call you and tell you the day before an appointment that the technician won't be in the Hobart office so head to the Valpo office and while the technician is giving you the treatment it seems very different so you mention it and she says oh yes I guess... read more

I am a patient of Np Lisa Poradzics and she is amazing! I talked to her about some pain I was having and she told me to see a cardiologist soon as possible. The following week I had a heart attack with 99 percent blockage, widow maker I was told. If Lisa hadn’t taken the time to listen to me, I probably wouldn’t be alive today. She’s the best and I appreciate having her to care for my husband and l.

So I should had known better as the customer service and the communication was bad from the start however I decided to give them a shot and I booked 6 sessions for body sculpting. I was very clear to say I wanted to do 1 a week for 6 consecutive weeks.. they took my money gave me my 1st session and it was pretty much all down hill after that.
