Joseph came out and steam cleaned all the carpeted areas on our main floor. He was professional, courteous, and took time to walk through the house with me before starting, explaining what the carpet cleaning service would improve and what results were realistic. I can’t say enough good things about Darrell and Joseph. After trying a couple of other floor cleaning services and not getting the results I expected, this team did a thorough job on every part of my tile and grout and also deep cleaned the carpet in the main bedroom where there were heavy traffic marks. joseph did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning. Friendly, communicative, and the price was fair too. My dog got sick after being stuck in my sons room one night, and i tried everything i could find online, from home remedies to strong spot cleaners and even a portable carpet cleaning machine, but nothing removed the stains. joseph was able to fully treat the carpet stains, and the rug looks brand new again.
