They were very courteous and professional. No uniforms or footies were worn which made me weary about their boots/shoes coming from outside to inside on cleaned carpet or making more of a mess. But there was no worry as they didn't make a mess at all. Great experience!
The technician added the pet odor treatment to the service which really made a difference. My carpets look new and smell brand new!! Will definitely be a regular customer!! I highly recommended.
